First 2024 Jewellery Wishlist

Marie Lichtenberg

Recently I discovered Marie Lichtenberg’s beautiful jewellery pieces. They really are precious art works. She launched her namesake fine jewellery brand after working in the fashion industry as editor and stylist. Lichtenberg uses Mauli, what she discovered on a trip to India, a hand-woven threads that bring protection to the wearer. Protection words in both English and French are engraved in both sides of every piece. I love the unique designs she creates that can be used like talismans.

I am especially in love with the scapular necklaces. The Believe Duo Scapular is gorgeous and I can imagine this will look so good with a black dress or with a striped Oxford shirt. The Peace Scapular and the Love Scapular are perfect for every day jewellery! What collection I also think is so cool are the Lockets, more specifically the Baby Locket. Colourful pieces, adorned with diamonds and rainbow Mauli, it cannot get more unique than that.

Fabergé

Based on the Fabergé Easter Eggs the jewellery are unique. Using gemstones and diamonds to adorn the little eggs – to really make them little artworks. Some of the models come with a surprise inside, think rings, butterflies, or flowers. The pink pendant with the little red heart makes a wonderful Valentine gift! Blue, white gold and a snowflake inside sound like the perfect necklace to me. Combine them with the oh-so classic white gold drop earrings. Or switch things up and pair them with these dark blue earring.

Chopard

France-based, this brand know really how to deliver beautiful jewellery. Mostly with the usage of rose gold they created different pieces, always with a diamond. My favourite collection is the Happy Hearts, which I take is so well done. I love the white gold dainty My Happy Heart pieces.

As you know I love necklaces and when I this Happy Hearts with pink opal I totally fell in love. Bangles are so cool, even more when you have unique pieces. Of course the pink opal bracelet is on my Jewellery Wishlist. The pieces come with many different stones like malachite, white mother-of-pearl and carnelian. And the bangle with dark-mother-of-pearl cannot be missed from the list!
