Boat Tote Bags are trendy, thanks to Carolyne Bessette-Kennedy. I was looking for a new Travel Bag for a while now but it seemed I couldn’t find the right one. Then I stumbled onto a Sweden-based brand that offers beautiful totes that you can customise and right there my search stopped. You can customise every bag to your own likings, mine has my initials on it – however you can also choose for a design or just get the simple bag itself. Adore this bag so much! The space is great, got mine in the pack size with the longer handles which makes in my favourite travel bag of 2024 so far!
My non-negotiable Travel companions are of course my sunglasses. Also adore this cat-eye pair. Cannot leave the house without hand sanitiser and my Hermès Calvi Cardholder. Another thing I like to bring is my journal (you can even customise it) because I find it nice to make lists, plan out everything. VOGUE magazine and good book, Journey by Moonlight are also necessary.
For beauty I just take my all-time favourites with me. That means the rich cream is in my Travel Bag, for ultimate hydration. The Best Skin Ever cleanser moisturiser is something I of course brought with me as well. Clinique lipstick that I like to put on multiple layers. Since we were going to a sunny destination were spring is in full bloom and blossom I brought floral body care products with me. Rituals Ayurveda cream with rose and almond oil paired with delicious Molton Brown rhubarb and rose shower gel. Sakura cream is great to always have with you. Shampoo is always Kerastase.
I do like to switch up my fragrances per country. Wild Bluebell is my go-to spring cologne. But the star of this trip was Libre Intense by YSL. It truly reminded me of Aries Season, which I love.
What are your travel bag necessities? In my Travel Bag there is a clip you can attach your keys or small bag to. I brought my silver handbag and the clip gives is good security!
