
Hello loves, Spring is here and everything is in blossom. This means it is time to step into full potential, lay out your plan and take aligned action. If you feel stuck then this Spring Glow Up Guide for 2024 is perfect for you!
These are my essentials that can make the difference for becoming your BEST self. I will also incorporate and focus on new habits that allow me to GLOW UP. Stepping into the new season I feel like fresh rituals can be so detoxifying, both mentally and physically.
nutrition
My principles are nutrition are the key to my health. I follow them religiously because they make me feel and look good. Number 1 food philosophy is eating whole foods! True healthy ingredients are the best for your wellbeing. Buy organic when possible, it really makes a difference in quality and taste.
Another main principle is to eat the rainbow. Eat an abundance of fruits and vegetables, your body will be grateful.
I start the morning with fruits, I will follow up with vegetables. An big amount of many different vegetables is amazing for your health. High quality products really do make your dishes taste better so try to focus on that.
I will stock up on beetroot, celery and carrots to make fresh juices. Adore my juicer because I can go crazy with making my juices!
Beetroot is amazing for detoxifying the body so I would recommend adding beets to your diet. Roast and cook them or make fresh juices. Another incredible detoxifier of heavy metals is cilantro, love to cook with it or put it in my smoothies or salads.
Focus on:
- Whole food
- Non-processed ingredients
- Abundance of fruits and vegetables
- Organic when possible
- Fermented vegetables
- Herbal teas
- Fresh juices
- Big salads
What to avoid:
- Gluten
- Soya
- Dairy (if you can properly digest it then do you, but I cannot since I am intolerant)

Things I want to make during this reset:
- Red cabbage sauerkraut
- Pickled red onions
- Beetroot cilantro salad
- Mustard
- Coconut chia pudding
- Sprouted falafel
- Nut butters
- Raw desserts
hobbies
It is good for our wellbeing to stay stimulate yourself with creative output. For every person this difference though, one loves to dance whilst another likes to read and the next loves to learn about arts and language. Discover your hobbies, pick up the ones you had when you were younger or just try out new ones. It is always good to step out of your comfort zone to evolve.
I am doing this by reading non-fiction, which is something I used to never do. Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza is on my to be read list. I do adore reading fiction books and read every night before going to bed, which is nice to relax.
One of my current hobbies is learning about health & wellness. It is one of my passions that I love to explore. I can constantly read & research about this topic and never get bored.

movement
Daily movement is needed for your Spring Glow Up. Our bodies react to physical activity and processes in the body will work properly. I love low intensity workouts such as long walks, mat Pilates and yoga. Another thing I love is dancing, which is amazing for high vibrations. My biggest tip when it comes to movement is find a workout that feels good and brings you joy. Also worth mentioning is a cute workout set will help so much with enjoying movement!
meditation
Every morning after you wake up take a moment to really breath in deeply. Be present as this sets the tone for your day. I just recently learned about kundalini yoga and meditation. Found it can be really transformative. Another thing I noticed is that I can really be in the moment without my thoughts being all over the place. Highly recommend to try it out yourself for your 2024 Spring Glow Up.

Focusing on quality skincare helps you achieve that glowy look. Really taking a good look at your skin type, your needs and then using products that accordingly to your needs. Another thing to keep in mind is that simplicity is best, don’t overcomplicate your skincare routine. Just stick to good clean products, that is what will serve you. Investing in tools like led therapy masks or gua sha can also improve your skin.
