Winter is still here, it’s freezing cold and now is the best time to curate your Winter Wardrobe. Knitwear, tailored trousers and layering is all I want now. &Other Stories is a brand I discovered this year. They have amazing pieces, somehow I ended up with lots of their items. I love the pieces so much so had to do a Winter Wardrobe blogpost featuring &Other Stories.
During the cold months I always find myself reaching for knits. And it happened to be so that &Other Stories has incredible knitwear. They offer a variety of materials like alpaca wool and cashmere. As one may know I’m currently very into muted colours and ’90’s minimalism. The brand’s items come in a wide range of colours – from bright pops to neutrals.

Knitwear
My most worn &Other Stories item is for sure the Mock up Sweater. The material is the softest and does an amazing job at keeping me warm. I have different colours of the sweater, when one loves an item they will buy it in every imaginable possible colour. It is so easy to pair with all the items in my Winter Wardrobe. Wear it with a classic black skirt and loafers or just with good vintage jeans.

This Satin dress I wore for the first time when going to the Christmas Ballet in 2023. I paired it with suede block heels with closed round toes. Of course I wore my diamond necklace and my beloved crystal bracelet. To complete the outfit I used my light blue satin clutch with silver hardware.
When trying on this piece in the store I instantly fell in love. I had a vision of walking around like a Calvin Klein model for the F/W 2000 runaway show in this gorgeous dress. For holiday season I knew this would be the perfect dress.
It’s simple design yet effortless look is what draw me in. I know this is a piece that I will wear over and over again.

Trousers
Winter Wardrobe is not complete without good trousers. I find a black pair will look fashionable with everything. Wearing my &Other Stories knitwear in combination with these black ones is something I really love. I sized up for a more oversized look and for the legs to be long enough since this is cropped model.
These trousers come in different colours, I am eyeing the blue and the brown. The press creases give a really flattering look

The oh-so classic black skirt is an essential clothing piece in everyone’s closet. The moment I saw this I imagined the many ways I could style the skirt. I found this to be really convenient for family gatherings and one wants to look fashionable. For multiple occasions I wore the black skirt paired with different &Other Stories knits. The effect: a stylish yet effortless outfit.

With preppy outfits being one of the trends of 2024 you will definitely start seeing more mini skirts. You can go for classic black ones, pleated ones or tweed skirts in spring colours. Even though it is still midwinter you cannot go wrong with pastel colours.
