2023 has come to an end and 2024 is here which means it is the perfect time for January Inspiration vision boards. They are a nice way get specific with your goals. I love finding images to create inspirational mood boards. In this blog I present you with my January Inspiration.
Wellness
This month I will focus on the practices, habits and things that I know will make me feel good. The holiday season is always crazy and now is a good time to restore from the festive days. Getting back to my wellness routines and adding new ones. Some of them are routines that I have been doing for a long time now. I always start the day with warm lemon water, this is great to wake up your body. I am a true tea lover (and also a coffee adorer) and herbal teas have been nice to start the day with as well.
Wellness practices that I also love is lymphatic drainage face massages. After doing my skincare I always do this and it feels nice. Candles are a good way to set the mood and relax. I love the gingerbread candle I bought this Christmas for cosy vibes. Books are also a good way to relax and in the evening I read and sit in front of my Korean infrared jade stone pad.
Fashion
Winter fashion is fun although I prefer Spring and Summer outfits. I will focus on nice trousers, good quality shirts and warm knitwear. &Other Stories has really nice knits, I added a couple of them to my collection this Autumn. I have been wearing them non-stop, the quality is amazing and have many colours. Even paired with a long satin dress, like the one I wore to the Christmas Ballet, they always look stunning.
Pinterest is the perfect place to find inspirational fashion outfits. Tamara Kalinic is a big fashion inspiration for me and she has an amazing winter wardrobe. Fashion brands with beautiful winter collections are The Row, TOTEME, Ralph Lauren, &Daughter, Khaite and many more. Browsing the sites and making fashion decks for later outfit inspiration is so much fun!
